We aim to delight our customers in every transaction with us. When purchasing an item(s) or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
- Full payment is made when purchasing or ordering the item(s).
- Items purchased will be dispatched to your at the earliest possible convenience.
- Postage will be at an agreed flat rate at Australia Post rates.
- Shipping times are as per Australia Post shipping timelines.
- You will not engage in unlawful behaviour, hate speech, bullying, or harassment.
- We will only send you emails that specifically relate to your order or complaint, or if you have signed up for our newsletter.
Return and Refund Policy
We aim to delight our customers with every purchase. However, if you're not happy with your purchase, please see our Return and Refund policy below.
- If your item is faulty, please email us at mjzdesigns5@gmail.com with the details, including photos.
- Faulty items can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be in "as new" condition.
- Items must be returned at the customer's expense. We recommend that you send the item via registered post. Our postal address will be supplied via email to you.
- Once we receive your return, we will confirm receipt with you and process the refund to you within 72 hours.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at mjzdesigned5@gmail.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
